These terms govern the use of the nohairror platform, which connects clients and hairdressers. By registering or booking you agree to them.

1 · Introductory provisions

The platform is operated by nohairror s.r.o., based in Prague. The platform is available on the web and serves to find hairdressing services and book appointments.

2 · Platform role

nohairror is an intermediary. The hairdressing service itself is a contractual relationship between the client and the hairdresser. The platform does not guarantee the quality of the service provided, but offers tools for fair reviews and dispute resolution.

3 · Booking and cancellation

A booking is binding once confirmed by the hairdresser. A client can cancel for free up to 24 hours before the appointment; a later cancellation may be charged according to the hairdresser's terms. Repeated no-shows may lead to account restrictions.

4 · Payments and commission

The client pays the hairdresser directly for the service itself, usually on the spot. The hairdresser pays the platform a monthly commission on completed bookings; billing is done by invoice. Service prices are indicative and the final price is confirmed by the hairdresser.

5 · Reviews

Only a client with a completed visit can post a review. Reviews can be edited within 48 hours, after which they are permanent. Posting false or paid reviews is prohibited.

6 · Liability

The platform makes reasonable efforts to ensure availability and accuracy of data but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
