Name, email, phone and, for mobile bookings, address. For hairdressers, also billing details (business ID, and VAT ID where applicable). Plus data on the bookings and reviews you create.

2 · Why we process it

So we can arrange the booking, connect you with the hairdresser, issue billing and improve the service. Contact details are revealed to the other party only after the booking is confirmed.

3 · Who we share it with

Only to the extent necessary: to the other party to the booking, to technical service providers (hosting, email, maps) and to authorities where required by law. We do not sell data.

4 · Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data. You can request a copy of your data and delete your account directly in your profile.

5 · Cookies
